I attended C-tric to participate in the heartburn trial recently. Sandra was so helpful in setting up the appointment, on arrival for the appointment and checking everything was ok when I was leaving. Dónal was my nurse and took time to explain everything, did not make me feel rushed and made sure I was clear on the procedure, consent and any potential side effects. Thanks for the opportunity to take part in this and for the positive experience throughout.
