"Absolutely Nightmare"

I came for my appointment thats has been booked for months.
Im sat waiting for an hour.
Im told there is 1 person infront of me. Im still sat waiting after 2 people have gone in.
Why do they even give appointments
Its just like sit amd wait until they have time.
Unacceptable treatment.
I will be looking into private care in the future.
