A heartfelt thank you to Wendy and the physiotherapy team at University Hospital Crosshouse for the incredible care and support throughout my recovery. Their expertise,  patience and positive attitude made a world of difference in managing my pain and regaining my mobility.

I felt completely comfortable and supported during my sessions allowing me to speak to others going through the same experience. They created a positive environment that helped me push through challenges. I wouldn't be where I am today without their support to which I am truly grateful.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the care provided by the Physiotherapy Team within University Hospital Crosshouse.

I am sorry to read that you required admission to hospital for a total knee replacement, but delighted to hear that you received such professional and supportive care from our staff. It is reassuring to know that Wendy has been able to use her expertise, patience and positive attitude to create a positive environment which has helped you to push through your challenges and is helping you to regaining your mobility. This is a lovely example of the patient centred care we always aim to deliver.

It’s often the attention to the small details that can make such a big difference in supporting patients and resulting in a positive experience for them.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to ensure your lovely comments are shared with the wider Team and with Wendy in particular.
