"5 star treatment"

About: Western General Hospital / Physiotherapy Western General Hospital / Stroke Service

(as the patient),

I recently took a mini stroke and was taken into the western  general hospital to observation ward then to stroke ward 71.

From the consultants, nurses, carers, cleaners, physios I received 100% treatment. All staff were great.

When I got a bit upset, they took the time to sit with me although they were always busy. To all the staff on ward 71, I take my hat off to you.

Thank you for 5 *treatment really helped with my recovery the help they gave every patient  was great,  all staff even the cleaners were great took time to chat  although they were always busy, this definitely  helped with my recovery.

Usually when getting discharged you wait in waiting area, not in ward 71. You are kept your room till discharge offered transport home.

Physios worked hard with me and so did I they made it easy when got tired doing physio.

Thanks you to every member of staff on ward 71.
