About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Specialist falls team

(as a relative),

Steven came out to assess my dad as he’s had a few falls outside. He was very thorough and also very patient and spoke clearly as my dad is being diagnosed with dementia and is hard of hearing. He also arranged some appointments for my dad which will hopefully help him. He also looked around their house and suggested a few things to make it safer and easier for my dad.
