"Helpful reception staff"

I visited the practice this morning as I am finding it difficult to get an appointment with a particular doctor I want to see. I was informed by the receptionist the doctor I want to see is fully booked for the next two weeks and she can’t see any further appointments on the system for him. She asked the reason why I wanted to see him I didn’t want to want to say too much as it was personal she asked if I can say briefly what it was. I told her the reason briefly which she responded and said it sounds like an emergency and I shouldn’t t wait for that long and will get another gp to call me today. I am very grateful I was booked in for a telephone call. The doctor that called was just as good. Thank you to the beautiful young lady who attended to me this morning she was extremely helpful, courteous and had such lovely manners. The receptionist respected my confidentiality and how much I was willing to share which I appreciated. Lovely service by the practice.
