"Complicated and unfair repeat prescriptions…"

I normally like the experience I have with this GP surgery but the repeat/ordering your prescriptions through a form every time if not effective. When you don’t know the formula for your prescriptions, the GP will just guess at which one you requested. No call or email to confirm the details of it. I think this system needs to be looked into and find an easier way for patients to order their medication. I had an issue with the wrong meds being sent out today. When I called the office people blamed me for not stating that the medication is when the name is complicated and I did not have the meds anymore to hand. Due to this, the conversation got heated and a new request had to be put in, leaving me with no medication that I needed.
