"Awful Surgery – Constant Issues with Repeat…"

This is the worst GP surgery I’ve ever experienced. For over a year, I’ve struggled every month to get repeat prescriptions for my parents. They never process them on time, and when I call, the staff refuse to listen and just repeat scripted responses like a tape recorder. Despite raising complaints with NHS services and speaking to their manager, nothing changed. I’ve had to rely on 111 every time to get what we need. I’m finally switching surgeries, but this has been a truly awful experience. Avoid at all costs.
