I recently used the on line booking service and the provision of providing rrsult feedback and the addition of more medication, the aevice was easy and simple to use, the only part I think which could be speeded up is the return in the response of a consultation between the practice and recipient, the time was 2 weeks in which not great for a response for an appointment which in theory you have no control over, other than that a great service by the practice and all the various practioners doctors and staff.
