"Physiotherapist Holywood Arches"

I self referred to physio for back pain and headaches. An appointment was offered very quickly at Holywood Arches. Tom was my physio, he was welcoming, knowledgeable and gave practical advice. He demonstrated exercises to strengthen my back muscles and checked how I performed these exercises- correcting as necessary. I attended further review appointments where he reassessed and adapted or added to my exercises. 

I have made progress with my mobility and pain is 75% improved. Tom has provided advice about my workplace computer setup to try to help with headaches. 

All in all a very positive experience- 10/10!
