"Poor communication"

About: Fife Community Services / Community Mental Health

(as the patient),

Very poor patient communication, lack of patient involvement in their care.  Dismissive attitude of physiatry and one particular thing said by a consultant was that they are not prepared to look back on the patient's medical notes.  Incorrect information sent to my GP which the consultant refused to correct.  Difficulty in maintaining continuity of care due to the staff changes.  Secretary tried to be helpful and was very good.
