"Their calm, efficient nature and knowledge"

After having a consultation with Dr Nithi last year, who I found to be kind, thorough and caring, he referred me to the Headache Nurse Specialist, Nurse Angela. After being on the waiting list for quite a few months, I had a telephone consultation with Angela. What a lovely lady. She kindly listened to me without interrupting and fully understood my issues without condescending or judging me (as sadly one Consultant did). After she listened to me, she thoroughly explained how she could help and the process. She made me feel understood and cared for. In my opinion, she was as all medical professionals should be and that is kind, helpful and supportive.

I appreciated her calm, efficient nature and her knowledge. I feel she is a credit to NGH. Also an Admin lady in Neurology were very helpful in getting back to me when I left an answer phone message and assisted me in the best way to contact Nurse Angela because I had a further query. Overall I am extremely impressed with Nurse Angela, Dr Nithi and the Admin team.
