About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Patient Transport Service

(as a service user),

I had to use the patient transport service and this was good. The ambulance people were so lovely, caring and professional. The first time was particularly difficult, as I was unable to weight bear. They were kind, did not rush me at all and delivered me to and from the fracture clinic professionally.
