Straight away you are greeted with a friendly and happy contented carers, you are treated with both respect and friendliness and show you respect and kindness.

Last year they picked me up out of a horrible place! I knew they would as they are so caring. I myself have been to a few of these services over the years and I cannot praise them enough.

They are gentle, but firm and loving and caring each one of them, they notice if any of us are down or in pain trying to do the exercises and if we need to talk about anything we can always talk to one of them, or if you felt like it, talk in front of the class!

They give us so much confidence in our selves, encourage us to do our best, they will never give up on you!

I would recommend them as I loved going there and I know if I feel like I did before they got me back to normality! I would and have told people about the care and help you get here and I would just like to say, I think they do a great job.
