"Patients are ignored and so is feedback"

About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital

I want to feedback from my personal experience - but that is deemed too serious. Now I cannot feedback in a more general way. The service is overstretched. Neither nurses or consultants are available for feedback. I had to demand and wait a month to get to see my X-rays and blood results and yet they are very pertinent to my care. it seems no one looks at my results and I am left in a black hole of despair.
