"Made me feel very welcome and comfortable"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Clinical Investigations Unit

(as a service user),

Attended for biologic therapy treatment for severe eosinophilic asthma. Staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Busy unit with lots of activity. Staff seem really happy at work which is lovely to see. So nice to hear chatting and laughter in a work place. Nurses very knowledgeable and professional. Gave great support teaching me how to administer my medication.
