I filled in the online form for my 15 year old son this morning. it was swiftly communicated via text that a local pharmacy would be in touch to see my son. I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to confirm if he had tonsillitis or glandular fever. I called the practice and after a short time on hold I spoke to the receptionist who was very helpful explaining to me exactly what would happen and how my son would be dealt with to ensure a correct diagnosis. I really appreciated that receptionist took the time to explain everything to me despite the pressure the surgery is under.
