Excellent care. I was taken in St John's Livingston in extreme pain, and from the doctor came to the house, the ambulance team and staff at A & E took amazing care of me.
I was then transferred to the Surgical Observation Unit at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. Again the care was exceptionally from all staff. Nurses, doctors, ward staff and MRI staff. Nothing was any trouble.
I felt completely at ease throughout. Finally, seeing Emma recently put the icing on the cake. Her care, empathy and attention to detail was fantastic
