Long talk and explanation on what I could have to treat my shoulder condition. Felt at ease. Given 2 steroid injections in shoulder. If no better in 6 weeks to ring him back. Reassuring.

Following day I had a red rash on my face for 2 days running, and a headache for the same days. Rash almost gone, occasional headache but nothing to worry about. Shoulder seems to be feeling less painful but still bothers me at times although not as much as before because the pain then was almost constant. Getting to sleep quicker now instead of trying to find a comfortable position. I hope this treatment works for me, fingers crossed.
