"Speakeasies"

About: Yardley Wood Health Centre

I anticipated with great dread my next appointment thanks to the performance of a member of staff. I got an appointment and I was overjoyed to see she was not around, sadly it did not take long for her to make an appearance making her presence felt, performing around, giving herself some credit, grotesquely grinning as if she is something acceptable and to be admired for.I beat a hasty retreat while keeping an eye on her in a little corner till I was called, you could see her desire to feel crucial when contempt and the sack is all she deserves.

Her and her accomplice actions and the way both conducted themselves in the street months back when they saw a patient reflected and revealed clearly on two different occasions to anyone watching both of them what this member of staff was doing and what she is all about, it was pretty distinctive and predictable, no decorum or respect towards such patient, all accurate indicators of her traits and uniqueness personality let alone her female companion. Their egotistical gratification as they promenade leisurely was plain to see, may be those leisurely walks could take place back at their old postcode, we can all imagine where that is. They do say empty vessels make the most noise.

Senior doctors should remind staff in case they have blotted out of patients rights and privileges to confidentiality inside and outside your premises.

This member of staff seems to have miss-ed her true vocation, may we recommend instead of serving professionals and patients she should be working in a laundromat considering she has all the skills: lather, rinse and repeat, chugging sound of water and hot air, seeing the colour of people's intimate clothes as one pulls them out of the drier, such premises seem to be in decline.

We are sorry for staff with caring and kind disposition who do not need reviews, their presence along excels above everything else, on another note you should learn from any bad reviews and comments instead of being so easily offended, guarded and self-justifying.

Thank you for your services.
