"My Nursing Care"

About: Community Nursing Services / Mansfield Community Nursing

(as the patient),

I have been receiving care from nursing team. I struggle 4 month with leg infection with leaking thru dressing daily. Last doctor prescribed cream which stopped pain and reduce leaking. I don't know their name yet, but after 4 months I do not have use painkillers and finally I can sleep in my bed! So thank you so much!

One of my nurses is knowledgeable and caring, a great nurse. Always solve problems even with shortages supplies. They have always good suggestions. Simply excellent.

However, I feel I have received poor care from one nurse,

First they requested open curtains, this I always do without asking when they come, then want me to move my heavy chair back,I said no all other nurses have not problem with it,

They did not come with the stuff for dressing and also used bags that were not sterile. They come with nothing for dressing. Then they wrapped my right leg without any cleaning, without Yellow line. They didn't touch my left leg which leaked through also. They also wanted turn off music in the kitchen I didn't allowed them because they don't know how, instead close the door or move somewhere outside so they can call their boss. They just sneaks over my house. I don't want someone like this in my house ever.
