"Professional, knowledgeable and kind"

After a fall, my ankle was bruised & swollen - I received an appt within an hour of contact with NHS Tayside at Arbroath MIU.

Jen, the nurse who looked after me, was professional, knowledgeable and kind. She carefully examined my foot and determined it was a soft tissue injury.  I was confident that with the comprehensive self-care advice she gave me, I’d be fine. Jen was right - 2 weeks later, my ankle is much better. 

The service was efficient & well organised but Jen made the difference, it was an exceptional experience - thank you!
