(as a parent/guardian),

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jane our nurse practitioner for her care of my daughter, she cut her pinky on glass yesterday.

Jane was so lovely and dealt with my daughter with so much care and attention.

She had her operation and will be back making brownies soon now we have plastic containers for the flour. 

Thanks also to June the health care support worker who cleansed and irrigated the wound and made her smile again. Both ladies are a credit to the NHS.
