I went due to the flu, constant headache, body pain, and an extreme pinning sensation below my shoulder bone, all of which made me exhausted and stopped me from working at my new job.
The doctor was not only rude, but also shouted at me for not doing a COVID test. I didn't have a kit, it took all my energy to even walk around or go to the hospital, and there were no open slots at my GP for two more days.
The doctor talked and behaved like I was lying. He said that there was nothing on my back, until I repeated a few times that I had pain there. I tried to explain the type of pain, but he didn't listen and talked as it could be just on the skin.
Doctors should be more empathetic towards people suffering, and also listen to them a bit. I left the hospital with no prescription, no tests and an increased headache and exhaustion.
I took the COVID test, it was -ve, and the pain has increased now it is in the flesh, I have an appointment with my GP after a few days, hopefully it won't become worse.
"Great reception, but the doctor was rude"
