I was surprised to get a text from the surgery advising me of the updated HRT guidelines from the British Menopause Society, and how this could affect my prescription. What a good way to keep people informed about their medications. It makes me have confidence in my local surgery that they have affective communication methods in place when things matter.

It’s great to be able to share a positive experience when the NHS gets so much flack.
