"Care that was second to none"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Acute Frailty Unit (Ramone ward 1) Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My father who is 82 has just moved to the ward following over 3 days in the Emergency Department in Craigavon Area Hospital. The care he received from his arrival was exceptional from all staff that he encountered. Staff were friendly, professional and compassionate in the most challenging circumstances of a busy overcrowded emergency department. Despite a large number of patients to care for nursing staff took the time to make him feel comfortable and reassured. I would like to thank everyone for helping my father and making me feel so welcome as a visitor.
