"Exceptional Care"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Acute Receiving Unit (Ward 2c)

(as a parent/guardian),

My little boy was admitted to ward 2C with bronchiolitis. He was really poorly and it was so scary to watch. Especially with being a nurse and being on the other side.

The care and compassion I received from the nurses was outstanding! Especially Taylor, Kristy, Hannah, Rachel & Cree!

Thanks so much for looking after my boy x

Dear Libraol0910

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us.

We were so sorry to hear how poorly your wee boy was, and can empathise with you being a nurse and watching your own loved one requiring the extra care of the hospital team.

What lovely comments you've shared about Taylor, Kristy, Hannah, Rachel and Cree from Ward 2C. Thank you - your words have been shared with the team alongside additional thanks from our management team.

Hope your son is now feeling much better.

Sending warmest best wishes

Coral
