Fabulous care at the Golden Jubilee NHS Hospital at my gastroscopy appointment. All the staff that I encountered (Hannah, Sarah Jane, Carla, Kelly and Mr Pitil - I think I may have missed one of the nurses, sorry) were so reassuring and very professional. I was very anxious but they made me feel relaxed. The whole process took less than 2 hours from entering the unit. I waited a long time from my referral to get an appointment but I'm thoroughly satisfied with the outcome.
