"Lovely Paramedics"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

Called NHS 24 for my mum recently and we received confirmation that an ambulance would be sent. We personally didn’t think this was necessary but Alison insisted so we were to be guided by her.

Two paramedics, Susan and Ronnie, visited mum and examined her with care and empathy. They were both so lovely and put mum at ease. Thankfully she was not admitted to hospital and a prescription was arranged for us to collect shortly afterwards.

Doing a great job and very grateful mum was seen so quickly .

Hi Bofa31,

Thanks so much for sending in this positive feedback about our staff. It's great to hear that Susan and Ronnie took such good care of your mum, whilst putting her at ease. Also really pleased to see that she didn't need to be admitted into hospital and was able to be cared for at home.

They'll really appreciate you sending these kind comments in.

If you'd like us to get this message to them directly, we'd need a few more details to such as name, date, time and address of call out sent to sas.feedback@nhs.scot and we can match it with the information in our system.

Thanks again for taking the time to get in touch, please pass on our best wishes to your mum. I hope she's recovering well.

Mark
