"Volunteer for a Bad Experience."

About: Langley Green Hospital Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

In October 2024 I started to feel Manic. With my Bags packed and with good intentions I went to A&E Haywards Heath and after approximately 10 days of 24 hour watch by very good in most RMN. I was finally transferred back to LG. On to the very well known and already badly run in my experience, Coral Ward. Please note some staff are very good and pro active.

Along with a number of other patients .

were made to wait hours sometimes to get let out for a breath of fresh air.

My belief is some members display nasty streak and use there small amount of power to mess with patients.

Some Night staff are tired and very unhelpful some off the regular staff were trying to intimidate me. I stood up and no one cared that I was being threatened.

And my biggest complaint

Medication was withheld which I am now going to take further,

As of last week I have been waiting for someone from LG to call me , over 2 weeks!

Do you even care ??

Sort out your staff , this is not a KFC people depend on you get it right
