Our grandson fell at home at the beginning of February and broke his elbow. We arrived at the hospital after 4pm to make our to a&e we spoke with an ambulance man who advised us where to go to get to children's emergency care. The few words of direction made us feel at ease immediately.
Children's emergency care from the moment we stepped in we could see it was extremely busy. We were seen very quickly the staff were incredible all the nurses and the doctor that cared for my grandson are a credit to Craigavon hospital. He was moved to the Royal for surgery later that day and is doing well.
Thank you so much for the care and attention we received it was much appreciated at a very worrying time.
"The excellent care we received"
