"Shambolic"

Admin is shambolic. Text message sent for telephone appointment I knew nothing about. When I responded asking for someone to call me the appointment was cancelled. Told I had to get my GP to refer me again! Everything is done to avoid them seeing you, to push private treatment and blame IT issues. If you try to telephone them there is a long waiting time. Why is the NHS using this 'service'? Six weeks for an X ray!
