"Education womens patients."

About: Rampton Hospital

(as the patient),

Why is education never on anymore in an evening.

We literally never have the opportunity to have our evenings sessions anymore.

Why is this session not classed as important, we learn about the importance of education but then its never on. It effects our learning.

We always have things cancelled in women's service. I hope we are treated the same as the other areas. Rampton supports equality but it doesn't feel like it when its comes to our sessions.

We're so sorry that the sessions were cancelled. Where possible, the team do all they can so that the sessions can go ahead, but we know there have been recent cancellations. We know this has an impact to both the patients who want to attend, and the staff who want to deliver these sessions. Any cancellations are now shared to the senior managers in the hospital; there are a number of staff trying to find ways to prevent sessions being cancelled in the future. The sessions are important and a real focus of the improvement work which is happening in the hospital. Thank you for sharing your concerns, and apologies again.
