"How do you get an appointment"

Its past the point of riddiculousness...ive not successfully used the patches never works .just takes me round and round

3 days ive tried ive joined the phone que at least 12 in front waiting one receptionist recipe for disaster goes nowhere..or keep trying phone every 20 minuted wait for at at 10 in front long wait

Probably get attitude from receptionist ..as per usual
