About: The Highlands Practice

Saw a GP about a new rash on my scalp that was extremely sensitive and painful, I was told that it was due to dry skin and given a prescription for moisturiser.

3 days later with pain getting worse and being unable to sleep I got an appointment with an ANP, was immediately diagnosed as shingles and prescribed 3 different medicines.

I was hoping with a new year the practice would get better but the opposite appears to be unfortunately true.
