I care for a lady with mental health issues, she is visited every 4 weeks by the CPN, who always has time to sit and listen to the patient, which is so important, the patient feels comfortable and relaxed talking with the CPN. This time allows the patient to just talk about what ever is on her mind. CPN is able to answer any queries regarding the medication, as the patient is often very anxious about the medication she is taking.
This on going care and support from the CPN is so important and peace of mind for the patient.
