"They gave me hope"

About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / Lite Family Support Service (LFSS)

(as a service user),

I relapsed with alcohol in May 24 after being 2 years 2 months sober and felt negative over AA. I have found working with LFSS Lite more positive and I have found it comfortable and safe to share. I have enjoyed the activities such as the goals as it made me focus.

Thank you for your feedback this is so lovely to read, I am pleased that you have felt supported by your IFSS Lite key worker and found the intervention to be beneficial to you and your family.

Firstly well done in recognising you needed the support and for the impact it was having on your loved ones, your hard work and determination to make positive changes has resulted in you achieving your own goals. We appreciate this journey isn't always an easy one, its really to your credit that you've been able to identify your own coping strategies and techniques and implement them in to daily life to make things better for you and your children.

I'm really pleased to hear you have enjoyed our intervention, its your engagement and interaction that makes the sessions what they are. We wish you all the best in the future!
