"Why are there no signs for the car park?"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / General medicine

(as a relative),

Not a serious issue - more a suggestion.

We visited the hospital today for the first time since the new car parking arrangements were put in place and parked in Park B. We are used to the Richmond Hill car park and so, when ready to leave, looked for the pay machine.

After a complete tour of the car park, not a trace. Could have still been there now but another visitor pointed us down an alley and round a corner and there it was.

Why, oh why, no signs? Not the best way to finish a somewhat traumatic hospital visit.

Dear Spikelet

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and I am really sorry that after a traumatic visit you then had to face poor signage of the car park pay machines.

Please know that I will pass this on to the transport team to address and hopefully if you do have to come back to the Trust this will have been addressed

Regards
