"Really lovely service and competent staff"

Wanted to feed back what a friendly, helpful, professional service that was offered by the BHT Radiology Department at Amersham Hospital to me.

The staff at reception (Nick) went out of their way to add another x-ray that was requested by my surgeon and to do this whilst I was there for an ultrasound to save my coming back.

Really lovely service, competent staff, and wonderful to see this in a very stretched NHS. Makes such a difference to people's lives.  Thank you very much.
