About: Belfast City Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I was admitted to the ward in January. It was my first experience of having to stay in hospital. I can’t thank all the staff in Ward 5 South enough for their care, patience and understanding. From the doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, domestic and catering staff I couldn’t have asked for better. They were all friendly, approachable and helpful. The staff made my stay in hospital so much easier and I am very thankful.

My name is Tracey I am the Assistant Service Manager for Gynaecology services at BHSCT including Ward 5 South BCH.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reflect and give feedback on your experience as an inpatient in Ward 5 South. It is heart-warming and very reassuring to hear that collectively you had a positive experience and received good patient centred care from all disciplines to include medical, nursing, domestic and catering.

I will take pleasure in sharing in your feedback with all the staff involved.
