"Completely put me at ease"

(as the patient),

I’m had excellent care from the nurse called Cheryl. The mammogram took place at the grounds of the Leisuredrome in Bishopbriggs.

Cheryl was very professional and completely put me at ease.

I am a larger lady but Cheryl took the time to explain that she would probably have to take more scans. This completely put me at ease as she explained everything at every stage. 

Cheryl was very gentle and professional at all  times. 

These type of appointments can be embarrassing but at no time was I made to feel like that.

Thank you Cheryl, you are appreciated and a credit to your profession.

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback regarding your recent experience with our service. I am delighted that Cheryl was able to put you at ease and guide you through the appointment.

I will be delighted to be able pass on your very kind words to Cheryl and the wider team. I am sure that Cheryl will be really pleased to hear that she made a difference and that you appreciate the time that she took to explain the procedure to you. It gives the staff group such a boost to hear that they have done a good job and that someone who came into our care felt valued, respected and well looked after.

Again many thanks for taking the time to get in touch and I hope that your positive experience helps other women who may have been apprehensive about attending for this vital test.
