"Supportive practice"

I have not received this level of support from a GP practice for a number of years. It has been a really good balance between digital efficiency and actual patient care. I was so surprised to get the same GP for my illness and they genuinely cared about how the whole of my life was being impacted. I actually felt like I was treated like a person and received a great level of support that I feel has just in itself made me feel relieved.

Positive reviews barely make it online, so I thought as the GP took the time to help me I would take the time to express how thankful I am that my encounter was without bureaucratic barriers (that increase stress) and provided the support needed! I felt respected in my choices and views also without any judgement.
