I saw a Foot & Ankle surgeon for 2 Nail procedures in the Outpatients setting. Every aspect of my journey was World Class; from the Medical Secretary, to the Receptionist, the Outpatient Lead and the surgeon.
I was treated as though I was their only patient.
The surgeon was professional and friendly and explained everything in detail.
The Medical secretary responded promptly to all questions.
All the staff were amazing.
