Have struggled to book appointment, so after 52 minutes gave up. Can find no way to book appointment with nurse to change a dressing on a post-operation wound. Tried NHS app and Patient Access. Problem getting password accepted. Just cannot understand system... Please make it easier. Test it out on non-tech geriatrics first!

I am sorry you had such a long wait on the telephone. We are really short-staffed at the moment and can appreciate your frustration.
I will certainly ask someone to call you to re-book the appointment and also look into your NHS App issues.
