I had no problem getting an appointment for some bloods to be taken. I arrived on time and was seen within a few minutes. My bloods were taken by a trainee (we all have to learn at some stage) and it was a painless procedure. Supervised by a regular member of staff. They were pleasant and polite and explained to me what was going to happen. All over and done within a few minutes. Unfortunately, no lollipop or badge for me, for being brave.
Would recommend.
