My first podiatry appointment at Bangor Community Podiatry. I was swore at, told personal anecdotes that made me uncomfortable, had my personal life and high security job pried into unnecessary as I felt the details were out of scope of the appointment and were then spoken about in a derogatory manner.
I was given advice on what was called my atrocious posture which included using inappropriate language when telling me I needed to stand with my chest out and stomach in. This was out of scope of my appointment.
I also was spoken to in a rude manner and was spoken over anytime I tried to speak to mention for example I could not stand straight that day as I was in pain with a chronic condition I suffer from. I left feeling shaken and uncomfortable after the appointment, wondering what I had just endured for 50 minutes having wanted to leave after about 5 minutes due to how uncomfortable the situation was.
