"Great practice"

Though surgery is great, Drs are excellent but somewhere in the line, the clinician or somebody else does not understand the reports. It clearly states on the reports that need to see a doctor. If clinician rings, he is wasting his time and my time. Instead they should message me saying make an appointment with a doctor.. Clearly wasting so much time and then it comes to nearly three weeks before you can see a doctor after knowing the problems and one’s illness would increase.
