"Being referred for heart palpatations"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Acute Cardiac Unit

(as the patient),

I was seen at Craigavon hospital and reffered to this department.

I was very upset and scared of my symptoms and was filled with anxiety and worry. On the morning of my appointment I was seen on time and all the staff from reception desk to nurse and the clinician I saw were very understanding friendly comforting and professional, and the most important thing was time listening to everthing with no rush the staff are remarkable in what they do and this is a lovely way to acknowledge the care and for that to be shared back with staff.

Dear slidefe45, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience in our ambulatory cardiology department (ACU). I am so pleased that you found all of the team comforting and professional and that you felt you had enough time to be listened to. I will make sure to feedback your lovely comments to our entire team. It really makes our day to read feedback so thank you again for sharing.

Kind regards

Diane
