"The care provided in both places was excellent"

About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit (MAU) Lagan Valley Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

Had felt unwell for a few days. Phoned up and was seen within an hour. 

Tests performed and antibiotics and drips up very soon after.  Was given a lovely lunch, and after further tests was admitted to MAU. 

Only an overnight was needed, thank goodness, but the care provided in both places was excellent. 

Special thanks to Dr Katie, Nurses Denise, Gail and Joseph. 

Fantastic service!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your experience when attending the Urgent Care Centre at Lagan Valley Hospital. It is good to hear you were given an appointment quickly, seen, assessed and treatment started. Good to hear you are home and recovering well.
