Unfortunately I had to visit Children’s A&E at 6am on a Saturday morning!
The initial Triage was slightly frustrating (waiting when there was no one at the desk) but as soon as I was called forward, things couldn’t have been better!
The Triage lady was friendly & even interacted with my child - the wait for the Nurse was very short… then straight into Paeds A&E where the nicest nurse looked after us!
All in all, the staff made what was a very upsetting and stressful situation bearable and relatively ‘pleasant’

We fully appreciate how upsetting and stressful it can be when you have to bring your child to A&E and whilst we note that you experienced some initial frustrations, we are pleased that you and your child's experience improved once you were checked in.
